  Hi, I'm Martin Beninson and I have been lucky enough to have seen and lived in many places as a construction controller for  the Klar Organization. Mr. Klar is a community planner and developer whose main office is located in East Meadow, New York. My career has afforded me experience and successful performance in all aspects of cost accounting, systems administration and design with demonstrated ability to maximize the efficiency of accounting and office management procedures. This resulted in major improvements in the overall profitability of the organization served, with proven ability to train, motivate and supervise staff. I have proficiency in most software applications with emphasis on design, implementation and use. I currently hold a Realtor's license in the State of Florida and have been a licensed Broker Associate in the State of New York. I have held an  ABR, Accredited Buyer Representative Certification with the National Association of Realtors and was awarded the title of Certified Network Administrator by Microsoft/Compumaster in Boston, Ma. I trained at the Novell ITS Education Center in Bohemia, NY. My areas of expertise were in supporting, troubleshooting and optimizing the Windows NT Platform.
